Sign Installation & Graphics Production VIEW DETAILS
Roeda is currently seeking a skilled graphics production and sign installation assistant. Being a mid-size, high volume, fast paced, sign producer in the south suburbs, there are many opportunities for growth. Roeda has been producing graphics for every type of business for the last 65 years, from fleet graphics to large monument signs. Diversity, high quality, great customer service with professional installation, has been our goal from the very beginning.
Responsibilities and Duties
- The ideal candidate has 3 + years’ experience in the sign industry, is attentive to detail, likes the challenge of working independently, but also works well with a team, striving for the company goal…customer satisfaction and a beautiful job well done.
- You must be proficient at installing vinyl graphics on windows, walls and vehicles, as well as installing all types of signs and letters on buildings. You must know how to correctly and safely handle all types of power tools, and be proficient using a tape measure. Knowledge in simple electric application would be helpful, as well as ability to read blueprints. Knowledge of low and high voltage electricity (LED, Neon, HO, HID lamps) necessary. Must have a valid drivers license and ability to pass a driving background check.
- You must be comfortable working with height as our bucket trucks and cranes extend to up to 50’. Working in the installation department often requires being outdoors in all seasons, digging holes, pouring concrete, lifting heavy objects……working the body….and the mind. Typically installing requires applying vinyl, making patterns, cutting materials, drilling holes, installing exterior letters, installing sign cabinets and interior sign graphics for the many industries we serve.
